Is it sturdy enough to type with ?
Yes it is, there is a slight spring in it when you press down, but I've typed with it loads and its not been a problem at all.
is it still worth it after 3 month of use?
It definitely has been worth it for me.
I sometimes spend hours at a time on my laptop doing uni work. The stand lifts the laptop up to be more in line with my eye level, so my kneck is less bent over and I have been getting much less kneck pain than I used to.
If you also spend long periods of time on your laptop, I would recommend it, but if you are only spending 10 minutes at a time on your laptop, you could probably get away without it.
