Roger doesn’t get 3 free attacks, I think you’re thinking of runner king, however he also can’t be knocked down on a treasure but hitting him with knockback will work no matter how many hits he takes before
HP and Atk, don't listen to the dude that said DEF. Most meta units ignore Def, also since you're gonna be running around capping flags, you need attack to be able do good damage with you skills 1 and 2, otherwise you're just gonna be struggling to get kill anyone.
