The Espresso Martini!

- This fully edible creation is my take on a blend between an Espresso Martini and a Tiramisu. It's composed of an Espresso Martini soaked lady finger sponge base, a soft milk chocolate cremeux, a layer of dark chocolate crispy pearl and a duo of coffee and vanilla mascarpone mousse. The glass is crafted out of sugar and all of the decorative elements out of colored white chocolate.

Idea for your next show: literally just you making cool desserts like this. No contestants, no sob stories, no scores, no judges. Literally just a show of you making things, but much longer and in more detail.

I like the cool desserts better than show drama too. And to be really honest I prefer desserts to chocolate sculptures too.😊

The look in itself is already mind-blowing, but it just looks so incredibly delicious as well! The sugar bubble is my favorite technique you've shown in your show and I'm always so excited to see all you can do just by bending sugar and chocolate to your will! And all of that always with the smile of someone's who's having a ton of fun doing what they do!
