I am having a lot of trouble with bright light plaza looking for Ryan McLaughlin he isn't unlocked but all the coolers have been built he isn't where he is supposed to be by the way I am on the Nintendo switch version if that makes a difference

heyyy man just wanted to thank you for all your guides, but i have a problem, i finished the bright light plaza vehicle robbery but did not get the gold brick and got the trophy for finishing all police tasks when i finished it, but now i'm stuck at 449 gold bricks and 99.9% completion, any clue what happened?

If you are lazy, just enter GYSTQP cheat code on the Main computer. If not - go to Cherry Three Hills and break apart three trees around the area (indicated by the blue numbers above) and rebuild them into doghouses.
