Legoland New York's New Water Playground is Open and We Tried It Out!! We Also Tried New Things!!

This week's adventure takes us back to LEGOLAND New York for the opening of their water playground. We also ate at the taco and hotdog stands and tasted the ice cream as well. There were tons of new updates from Legoland since we were there back in April.

If you are hustling you could do the whole park in a day with no issue. The biggest issue with Legoland is their hours are only 10-6 or even 10-5. If you are staying at the hotel they include 2 days of park passes in the price of the hotel. That will allow you time to really do everything.

I was curious if they had lockers to hold things while you're in the water park? Unless you just have to deal with all your stuff getting wet.

There are no lockers. It’s not a large area at all.

Easily Ninjago and the brick factory rides. They are the both in the top part of the park.

How long can you stay in the splash area? Not clear was the 20 minutes only for opening day or is all the time. 20 minutes seem short and not worth it. If it like that that extremely disappointing.

They are limiting to 20 minutes depending on how busy it is. When we were there we were not limited at all.

Do we need to make a reservation for water park? Doesn’t it include in the day ticket?

Yes…the price is included but you need to reserve a time slot for the water playground. They are 20 minute increments. You can make your reservation starting at 7 am on the day of your visit as long as you have a valid park ticket.
