The song used in this is perfect. It has the lyrics that shows us his regrets and also what could've been had Jaina stood by his side and helped him through what was to come. Maybe, just maybe, things could've been different. Great tribute, just wish Shadowlands didn't end the way it did, what a huge disrespect to such a great character. This is incredible. Started playing WoW in Wrath and to me was hands down the best expansion. The lore, raids, challenge without ruining dungeons with keys and just so much more. 2nd guild on my server to down LK 25 man. Don’t even remember how much /played I had but it was all worth it. Thanks for making this.
The fact they gave that redemption to fucking sylvanas (someone who was not forced during the worst of it) in shadowlands instead of arthas is sooo much worse, made me hate Activision Blizzard. I swore to myself I will never watch/play WOW anymore. Unless they bring back Arthas (hopefully at least in death they don't ridicule him further 😢) It Tore my heart when i saw those undeserved hateful words thrown at his lingering soul at the end

The "modern" writers decided to retcon Arthas. Before these low value, trashy new writers came in. Arthas was fighting to hold the undead at bay from destroying the rest of the world. Jana talking about how he kept an amulet that was sentimental to them verified that a part of him was still there. There was a struggle within Arthas. It's amazing how bad they fumbled his storyline later on. A redemption arc in Shadowlands would have brought people back screaming for joy. Instead they made it boring and lame. Then had Arthas just fade out? That to me was the official death of Blizzard. It's been dead for years. That was the moment it's death was in the obituary.

This was the story arc Blizzard should have made into a movie. Not the dungeons and dragons spin off we got.
