Hello sir , I can answer for you ; those are Genuine HD 21 spoke Turbine wheels . They do not come blacked out completely like seen on this bike . This owner either painted them or powder-coated them for the nice blacked out finish. My 2017 Softail Breakout came with these wheels with machined edges.

Klemmschrauben und Achsmutter haben doch sicherlich vorgegebene Anzugsmomente und sollten dementsprechend auch mit einem Drehmomentenschlüssel nach Spec angezogen werden!?

Das Video ist tiptop, manchmal ist weniger mehr und man sieht ja Alles ;-) Höchstens noch die NM Angabe wäre cool, sonst passt doch Alles.
