In this video I am driving in POV a 2019 Ford Ranger Wildtrak equipped with a 3.2 TDCi engine with a power output of 200 HP, combined with all-wheel drive and a 6 speed automatic transmission. This midsize pickup truck is equipped with winter tires 265/60 R18 H XL. The road was slippery.

Salut. Am testat un model similar un pic mai prost echipat. Nu am reusit sa ii fac un test-drive adevarat pentru ca a fost si foarte scurt. Am observat ca tu schimbi din Drive in Sport. Asta se aude o diferenta clara in sunetul motorului. Dar din punct de vedere am puterii te ajuta cu ceva modul Sport? Cand ar fi bine sa folosesti acest mod la acest tip de autoutilitara?. Multumesc. Salut, Stefan Tudor! Diferenta clara in sunetul motorului se observa doar pentru ca este mult mai turat in Sport mode, fata de Drive. Puterea nu creste in modul Sport (cel putin, la Ranger nu se intampla asta), doar raspunsul motorului la apasarea pedalei este imbunatatit, acesta fiind intr-o zona cu putere mai mare. Sa explic. Conform site ului Ford, modul Sport ar trebui folosit cand pickup-ul (incarcat sau nu) este condus pe drumuri deluroase sau montane. Cand este activat modul Sport, transmisia extinde durata intre schimbul de viteze, astfel incat motorul sa ramana aproape de 'sweet spot' dpdv al rpm, pentru un raspuns mai bun la acceleratie sau in frana de motor. Daca in Drive sunt schimbari rapide ca sa ajunga cat mai repede la o anumita viteza in treapta cea mai mare (pentru a favoriza consumul), in modul Sport, cutia tine o treapta un timp mai indelungat pentru a obtine performanta maxima (va schimba mult mai sus in ture, aproape de turatia maxima daca pedala e apasata pana la podea). Pe drumuri abrupte e recomandat de asemenea utilizarea modului Sport, din aceleasi considerente mai sus mentionate. Multumesc si eu pentru aprecieri!

2019 wildtrak has a 2.0 biturbo 213 hp 500Nm how come your car has a 3.2 on it?
Hello! There are several engine options for Wildtrak trim level. In my country there are also available a 2.0l EcoBlue 170 hp & 213 hp AT10 and this 3.2l 200 hp AT6.
In the Philippines too. We have a 2.2L Wildtrak which has 160hp and 3.2L Wildtrak which has 200hp and a 2.0L BiTurbo Wildtrak which has 213hp

@@alainsabello there is no more 3.2 here in the philippines. Its only available for 2.2, 2.0 single turbo, 2.0 bi turbo
The 2.0 single turbo is 180hp not 170
