I also have this same equipment but I’m having a hard time connecting it to teams. What version are you using to set it up for teams? What else do I need to make the connection?
Thank for your comments. In case you have a Trio its recommended to upgrade to latest version see my other videos and put the Trio in "Microsoft teams mode" that is a selectable option under profile settings. Let me know.
