If I remember correctly, clubs are not permitted to sign foreign players until they turn 18. The best option for younger ones to develop would be to join the academy.

Every player has their roles, and Fujino is doing what is expected of her, and she assisted in the goal. Every league is different, and it takes time to readjust. There is a reason Fujino is playing despite being a new joinee. Watching coach interviews and reading expert discussions can be helpful at times.

でも誰を出すの？ケリーも最近は仕掛けてないし、今日の試合も仕掛けてないよ。sofascoreでは藤野ドリブルアテンプト4, ケリー1だよ。ケリーは相手陣地深い位置でドリブルのときに敵を正対せず、右を向いている。だから、右方向にしか行けない。なので敵に読まれやすいので1対1でボールロストが多い。その後のリカバリ守備も怠るから、敵のカウンターが怖くて監督が使えない。監督の意図は右サイドは右WGで相手DFを止めて、パークにポケットを取らせるなど、連携させて2対2でくずす意図。右WGの1番手ファウラーは正対する。正対すると、自分も相手も止まるからパークなどがインナーラップしやすく、2対2で勝ちやすい。右WGファウラーに近い役割を藤野は行えるから監督は藤野をケリーよりも選びやすい。藤野は正対するが、ケリーは正対しない。ケリーが正対できないのは重心が高いから停止からの加速が遅いため。
藤野は出すなら左 左足使え無いから右じゃシュートともアーリーも使え無いし藤野は失敗恐れて左足使わないフィジカルスピード無いから勝負したくても勝て無いWFじゃ右クロス要員ぐらいだなぁ守備の問題のケリーの方が30分なら使えるIH藤野でも左コントロールポジションだな
ケリーの左足より藤野の左足のほうがうまい。監督は点差が少ないと残り30分で1対1でロストが多くて守備を頑張らないケリーを投入できない。
