My thoughts exactly. This requires antibiotics and a procedure called incision and drainage. This is a spa clinic, they are not capable of doing this the right way. This person is treating the large cyst like a pincushion, 😒. This is a video on what not to do, 🙄.
The problem is not that you don’t have enough holes but that they aren’t big enough to express the contents!
Aestheticians are limited in the size of the holes they can make.
Yes they are but you can't tell me they can't make a opening bigger than a pin hole like these. This poor woman is not dealing with just cystic acne, they are dealing with what looks like an abcess which is much worse and more painful than cystic acne by far.

I don't understand the necessity of digging at it with needles. A couple times maybe, but digging that needle deep down in there and moving it around just damages the skin worse
I totally agree! I would never have them do my face, PERIOD. Too deep is a high risk for infection. They are out of their scope of practice.

It's to loosen up the contents to make the extraction less difficult. As far as damaging the skin is concerned, that ship sailed a long time ago.

EXPLAINING WHY THIS IS NOT MEDICALLY DONE OR IN A HOSPITAL (China, Vietnam, etc.):
A) skin conditions such as this are very common and widespread- genetic and pollution factors
B) very few medical dermatologists with availability
C) too expensive for a lot of those in the city to go see a medical professional
D) sometimes you have appointment a month or two out- and need an abcess or cyst drained asap because of the pain.

All that constant pressure on an already inflamed & infected cyst is just making it worse. It's obviously not draining through the 4 or 5 pin size holes. Just make a small incision and drain it already. Get ALL of that infection drained so it can heal properly. Sorry, but some procedures need to be treated by a doctor.

I must say, he has a most gentle and effective technique to deflate that entire cheek full of inflamed multiplex cystic acne! I love how he releases a small bit of pressure around the whole area and the he blew out all the chunks and nasty bia out through the sides! I have to say i am impressed with this person. I didnt see a single tear shed, and you know this had to hurt so much! Just... wow. This one is being saved to my favorites.
He has said that his mother makes it "numb" for him. He can often be heard snoring during these treatments.

You are also lucky to have Mana in your corner she figured out what was going on. Kudos to your entire team as I have seen that everyone has treated you. I hope you can get the treatment you need so that once and for all this acne could be treated.
I'd love to know if she's warned this client of the implications of not getting on meds and seeing a derm. It seems this case is too severe.

I'm always so fascinated by the "jelly-like" substance (the membrane or sack maybe?) that comes out of these infected abscesses. as well as the dark red venous blood. or even yet the bright red arterial blood at other times. seeing the difference in the colors and thickness is so cool to me.

And that right there is some severe conglobulated acne. This case is very advanced and there is a good deal of damage to his dermis. Now that all of that infected matter has been removed, his skin can start to heal.

That was horrible. They need to make an incision, get the gunk out, then the sac, clean it with saline, and stitch it. If she keeps doing what she does, it's just going to continue to come back.
An I&D stands for “incision & drainage”. You have to put it open first before doing the drainage!

@@Corrie-_-It’s not a cyst it’s cystic acne. The thick stuff is sebum, pus blood and acne seeds. Bacteria thrives in this so the proper way is to gently remove it. In a huge one like this, it will take a few treatments to flatten it out and start to completely heal.

while you are correct about bacteria thriving in this cyst, ones that are infected such as the one in the above video WILL return (and with a vengeance, probably) without the use of antibiotics. in fact, the best way to take care of cystic acne is to either take medications like antibiotics (especially in the case of infected cysts), isotretinoin (also known as accutane), retinoids, and benzoyl peroxide or to get it injected with a steroid for it to go down.

Try manual suction tool....just suck it on the maximum pressure....you will see all the materials out from that and its very satisfying
PLEASE purchase "sterile saline" (salt water) and use your syringe to inject this into the acne. It will push out the acne contaminants and be friendly to the body.
All you have to do is put the needle into sterile saline, use the plunger to suck it into the syringe, and then when you are using the needle to disrupt the acne, you push in the plunger. This will cause the sterile saline to go into the acne. This will help flush out any contaminants.
Sterile saline is completely safe, and it is common to put liters of it into the body.
It would be a major hemp for acne like this.

This doctor is fantastic, very gentle and preserving the patients skin as much as possible. Some videos they are so aggressive causing more harm to the skin. This kid won’t scar if he follows the medical plan.
