Great tutorial as usual Alexandra. Nice different colors with nice detail work shown clearly. Very good instruction and comments.

Alexandra, I don't know how to thank you!! After 15 years in a drawer, my unpainted Tyranid army is coming to life with color! I watch your videos from California and I think it's pretty rad that the English and German languages can both roll from your tongue! Can you speak Gaelic as well? Again, thanks so much...I just discovered TH-cam tutorials (I'm 30 yo!) and I enjoy yours and the Kamloopian's the most! We're all connected, spread the color...dig it!

This is a truly excellent guide, your painting is great but more importantly it these are practical techniques that can make painting an incredibly model-heavy army like Tyranids much less daunting. Also your voice is soothing and kindly like everybodies favourite aunt or grandma haha!

I loved the diet of Orks and Gretchin. My own Orks are meant to be fighting the Nids. Also the paint job is better than 95 percent of all the paint jobs I've seen. Horde armies are very tiring to paint and yes 90 of these hungry devils will look fabulous. The other Green Tide!!!! Nom Nom Nom. Devouir!

Love your vids. Showing how to paint the carapice gave me a tip on how to paint horns on a helmet. Will you be painting any more warhammer fantasy miniatures in the near future?

hey girl painting. i love your videos. i am going to germany soon with school. have you ever been to wolfsburg and if you have is it nice. thats off the subject but ohhh well :) i watched your dark angel videos as i am a dark angel player ( cant wait for the new models this saturday :D ) i recently bought a dreadnought and whilst making it a fellow 40k player gave me some genestealer heads which i put on the base and so i watched this to see how to paint the head. Love the vids keep them up :)

Base could of been better I know its to a table top standard but the base makes the modles look 10 times better and a nice base colour doesn't take long to do

Do you collect Tyranids? If so i would recommend to get a green spray primer to save the work of priming it onse in gray and then again in green.

yes, it may not be one of your best paintjobs... but there is not much detail on the model. And it will look immense when you see a whole horde of these

@Deathofblades Do you know her personally or do you thinnk this because you follow her content? Thanks anyway! My intent was more a "proffesional" exchange or rather comment about the way i would do a paint scheme on a tyranid army, wich is supposed to be painted in Tabletop quality. You where missing my point there but i didn`t wrote it pretty clear. so thanks again. and Keep the Nerdfaith allive.
    Greetings NIK
