Hello, is it possible to transfer Anyconnect settings from my iPhone to my Ipad to avoid having to use tethering?
Cisco AnyConnect is available for iPad through the App Store:

Using this you can VPN directly from an iPad.
Local settings and profile management on your device should be carried out based on instructions provided by your administrator.
thanks what license is needed on the ASA ?
ASA licensing is based on which model of ASA you have, as well as the version of code. There is a general Feature License to enable AnyConnect VPN, and then a Total VPN license for the number of VPNs you are supporting. You can use these two links to find your device and see the Cisco guidance on which license it uses.
