Tip #10 really stuck out to me. I always caught myself thinking about that while taking exams in nursing school, and I would always get the question wrong.

I have a cousin who never studied much, we studied together but she gives most of her time to her phone than her studies after writing the nclex exam last month she passed and i failed😢, i asked her how she did it, just found out she got help from Mr Richard

Lol I'm one of those nurses that would have called the doctor on the example question. I think of it as adverse vs. expected findings of the medication administration. To me, it doesn't seem like enough trend or information is given to stop the infusion. A 40mL drop in urine output compared to increasing premature contractions by way of stopping the infusion seems like you'd do more harm than good. I'd keep the infusion running and call the doctor. I don't understand how you could argue the Kidney's are struggling. You've witnessed an expected side effect that's no where close to critical level.
The way you talk is literally how I learn. I could never stand professors who were so monotone. I need passion and a strong firm tone.

I studied for months and couldn’t pass, I guess passing is a blessing
