Pilot TV-37 Television Repair - Part 3

Had some trouble with the video signal on the Pilot, managed to isolate the issue and get it working for the contest. Found that a VCR is not the best option for a signal source due to wacky sync pulses from the internal RF modulator. Using a standalone modulator produced a more stable picture.
