also if you are engi, you can grab the goggles for your headpiece. you will lose 55 resil, but gain 55 mastery, 41 int and 32 stam. it means you will need the ringmail leggings for 4 piece (therefore swap 173 mastery for 173 crit) but I think overall still worth it.

I ve got almost all the kit (missing trinket and back), enchants and gems as you showed on here and still have no 4% hit. I am guesing drainei gives you some kind of boost or something. I am orc and with this setup I have got 3.43% hit. How can I bring it to 4%?
@@Mosquieto123 I think I am gonna put 3x 40hit gems instead of 3x 20 hit 20 intellect ones in blue slots on head gloves and belt. 60 hit points more instead of 60 intellect but shoulkd cap me at 4%

yeah draenei gives 1% hit. I would just reforge some crit or haste to hit if you can
