I think this is wrong. Esha, Tushar, Abhishek, etc. just wouldn't work hard like their parents. Take Raj Kapoor, Shammi Kapoor, and Shashi Kapoor for example. Their father Prithviraj Kapoor was a towering personality, yet the three brothers were able to create big places for themselves. Similarly, Rishi Kapoor could do it, but Rajiv and Randhir couldn't.
