I'd like to praise Crystal Eyes for having a greater dynamic range on their 2019 album than on their album from year 2000. Listen to the power of those drums! Ecstatic to see people buck the trends of "loud files" and focus on good sound while leaving the volume to the consumer's knob.
They really focused on having a better sound as well as keeping their identity. Almost hard to believe that it's the same band from world of black and silver.

I normally dislike most power metal because of the over bearing monotony, but this album is a pleasant surprise, no childish bc here. This album is solid in every aspect. Not since the mighty Victory, Helloween and Gamma Ray at their peak has any band displayed the perfect combination of power metal until now.
Daniel Heiman is great but I very much prefer the vocals of Mikael Dahl, his voice is amazing and just very very pleasant and also fits perfectly in the songs. This is my no1 album of the year!
