I have that same case but for my iPhone SE. I actually wasn’t sure how the wireless aspect worked. I’ve been buying Mophie for years starting with my iPhone 5 then 7 and now SE. It usually cost around a $100 for the other case. I have never cracked the screen I believe because of the case. Thank you for explaining the case.

My one problem with cases like this is the heft they add to a device. I have an iphone 6plus and the thought of added a battery case to an already large phone fills me with dread. I do like that data pass through works with micro usb though. Very handy.

I've been using Mophie Juice Pack Air cases since iPhone 3 and they have worked flawlessly! As far as the loose top it can be adjusted just enough to hold very well. The speaker ports are great amplifing the sound very well. Yes Mophie is rather expensive but in this case you get what you pay for. Mophie is "in my book" the best charge case on the market. Im going on 5 years using Mophie and never had ANY ISSUES what so ever!
Ive had all of them too and i have to say this one sucks, it drains in like 30 minutes and only gives about 40% charge

I'm soooo gladee I watch this video, I been watching soooo many video and none of it talks about to charge the phone. I was reading the guide book not helped at all, or it's me ? Probably maybe. The way this case is working and how to charge it is has to press the small circle. GOT IT! Bc I old case iPhone 6, got to switch the bottom. This video is HELPING LOTS. Also, I was going to return this case and thought it not working.

Have you had any problems with a fully charged case that will not charge phone?? Ive had to buy 2 replacment cases. First failed after about 10 months, next one failed after 3 months. Both still still fully charged but neither charges the phone.
Any ideas as to how to fix that other than buying another case?

How long do you charge the case for? And how long is the battery supposed to last? I got mine recently and I used it for like 2 hours and the case had no battery and my phone only got 70% battery
You could use removable wallet case, and slip on and off the pop socket, that’s what I plan to do, it still allows the pass through charging
they could've added a headphone jack to the case.

you didnt mention that because its micro usb, ya cant use headphones with this case, due to the lack of a headphone jack and lightning port.

My wife has started using my iPhone 7, and she's still using the Mophie case on it. She doesn't use headphones with her phone, so basically she's just added Qi charging and a microUSB port to her phone, as well as a much larger battery, without too much extra size. She loves it.

How do we use headphones?
One think i didnt understand prior to watching this video is why the iphone 6 juicepack air is 2750 mAh, and the iphone 7 is 2,525 mAh. With the iPhone 7's own battery being longer lasting than the iPhone 6, why would they decrease the battery capacity? I also noticed my iphone 6 juicepack air would charge my iphone 6 at a way faster rate AND have plenty left over. As for my current iphone 7 juicepack air, i charge it during use & my iphone 7 battery reaches from the 20% range to the 70-80% range. Not even 100%, which is what it clearly says on the labeling, advertising etc. Kinda bummed out with this.

I got the same problem with the top portion of the case. It comes off way too easy.
Hey I have a question when you started charging the did it light up the LED lights? And also was it on throughout the charging process? I’m asking because once I plug it in to the wall the LEDs turn on then for 1-2 minutes they turn off. Is that normal? Idk help!

Ja Rule charging was fine. It was a good case but it’s probably to old to use now. The battery is probably old and won’t get a great charge. See if they came out with one for the SE. fits the same.

Forgot the name but there's a battery case for both 7 and 7 plus and it comes with a headphone jack which is pretty cool if you ask me.

They never fixed that top issue. I just bought one. And I lost it because it fell off like a week and they’re sending me a new one
I don’t know what your problem is with the case but my iPhone eight sets the nearest perfect and the top is doesn’t come off easily so maybe you ought to research that a little more
thats because the iphone 7 is relatively thinner than the iphine8 causing it to slide out quicker

No drop test info about these cases. There is no material in this case to absorb shock.
Eric Johnston my mophie original protected my iPhone 7 Plus from dips better then the so called military grade case . I’ll always use mophie cases. I drop my iPhone a lot . Screen protectors cracked so just don’t use screen protectors anymore. They should have a drop test video.

Bradley Abel Don't let that discourage you, it can be adjusted to lock tight. If you've never used a Mophie case then your definitely missing out! I've been using Mophie Juice Pack Air since the iPhone 3 and now i have one on my iPhone 7 and NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES what so ever! Believe me it's a super good charge case.

it's a really nice case, feels great in the hand, nice and slim, and Qi charging is a huge bonus for me, but yeah, $100 is a bit high for that.
I paid ~$35 for a simple battery case without Qi, and that gets the job done. (video on the channel as well)
