Most of our letters are just pronounced very differently. The English language tends to have more bass in their pronunciations, while Swedish ones are much more high pitched.. ^__^ If you can get the pronunciation right though, you can learn Swedish very easily, since about 80% of our words have the same Latin origins.

So the language look like each other in various ways, but can be very distinct. And it's a fun language, it sounds very pleasant and nice. :)
