Im so glad you were real about the elf foundation. Other influencers are talking about it as if its a dupe for high end foundation. Not that I was going to buy bc I try to stay away from the thousands of products influencers push. But your honest thoughts are greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

Hi!! I think I wrote on another post about the Tirtir. So here is just a short!! WOW!! Got it today from Amazon and immediately tried it with the brush as you suggested. Holy cow!! That is the BEST foundation I have ever used. I am 78 years old with decent skin, and it went on like butter. Time check it did not sink into wrinkles!! I did not try the mat, but with this I will add some CT glow in places. It took so little to get lovely coverage. Thank you for your review because I saw one that did not like it. Use a good brush is the total answer. BTW, I watch all your videos, and I would love to see you do some makes on older glamor girls!!

Surprisingly, the elf foundation got me through a couple of long, hot, sweaty 4th of July weekend days and it still looked good at the end of each day. I used the elf liquid poreless primer underneath and finished with the elf stay all night setting spray. I didn't intentionally use all elf, it's just what I grabbed for a trip, their packaging is conducive for travel. It's not the most elegant foundation, but it works for me. I have super dry skin and I wear the CT foundation stick over my tinted sunscreen and my skin looks beautiful. It is the perfect combo for me! Because my skin is so dry, it doesn't matter how luminous a foundation is, by the end of the day my skin just looks dry, but not the new CT! I love it and have now found my new holy grail make up cocktail!

The new Fenty foundation is amazing for my dehydrated mature skin, it's better than so many others that are high end! This and my Nars Light Reflecting are so far my faves. I also just tried the Makeup Forever HD skin Glow it was not very flattering it did not overly impress me at all, it sits on top of my skin and sets patchy, the Fenty is so so pretty. Thanks so much Nikki😘 From Australia xo

Omg Nikki. You give the best info. I think you saved me 46 bucks on the Charlotte Tilbury stick. 😂 I haven't had luck with Elf foundations. I do like the tir tir. I do have to use it with a brush or beauty blender. I cannot use that sponge that it comes with. I put way too much on with it. But It holds up so well. I have 4 foundations in my makeup bag and the tir tir is the one that I've been reaching for all summer.

I bought the fenty foundation and at first I loved it. However in store the shade 300 looked like my match, when I wore it, it was like 2 shades darker than my complexion. So, I went back to Sephore to swatch some more and realized that shade 290 would be a shade lighter, so there is no shade close to my complexion unless I mix 300 and 290. I opted to give my mom the foundation. In the end, it wore all day on my combo skin and felt luxurious. I would definitely recommend

I have the elf soft glam and like it, but I did notice my pores just a little bit yesterday. I'm going to try the milani skin quench primer underneath. I use the milani under my eyes and it is so much better than the Scott Barnes hack. I also have the CT and I used it over tinted Sunscreen. I love it! I have the tirtir but haven't used it yet, so your tips today were great! I don't remember what I thought of the fenty because it's been a few weeks. Have to use it again. I have so many foundations right now and not enough times I've worn foundation.

I just tried the new Fenty foundation and I love it. I’m a dry skin girly. I’m an olive undertone too. I’ve had an issue with finding a foundation, drugstore and high end. Fenty nailed my skin tone and undertone in their 225 neutral Olive shade. Im going to try the OG formula too. I’m so happy I get to wear foundation again. I was getting frustrated that all foundations would look pink or orange in natural light, or be the wrong shade.

Hi Nikki. I agree wholeheartedly about the Elf foundation. For me, having dry skin, I'm not the biggest fan. I use your N17 brush, pouncing it on and smoothing it out. Not great on large pores, but I do go in with the Hourglass loose powder on my t zone, which helps. The staying powder isn't the greatest, but as you said, it's an $8 foundation. I definitely wouldn't repurchase it.
I have the CT Flawless Filter, and I was wondering about her new stick formula. I don't think that Lisa J was a fan, but I believe she has combo skin. I love the way you are recommending how to use it.
The Tir Tir is in my Amazon cart. Definitely going to give it a try. I'd definitely use it with a less dense brush so I don't get a full coverage look, especially as someone with more mature skin.
Stunning finished look, as always. Thanks, Nikki!❤❤🩷🩷

Hi Nikki, I watched your video a few days ago and the decided to try the Tir Tir cushion foundation. I read that many people said it oxidized so I ordered a shade lighter (15C). I applied exactly as you showed with the same brush and it came out lovely. It did look to light at first but it did oxidize one shade and ended up being a perfect match. I needed to use very little of the foundation as it is gives coverage quickly. Thanks for the advice as usual!
