Even though he's not the leader, I feel like as the eldest hyung, he feels half the responsibility and pressure as Taeyong, Kun, and Mark. He makes it work by connecting with everyone and making them feel comfortable around each other. I remember watching their Weekly Idol ep and Jisung said something about not getting a lot of Taeil's jokes because they're literally from different generations age-wise. But here, I learnt that he spends time with Dream, and I think that is to bond with the younger members. He cares in his quiet ways. It must also take a great deal of patience and understanding for him to look after everyone. I'm saying this as someone who is not even 1 year into the fandom, so I might be wrong, but I can sense that overflowing love he has for the group. And because he's genuinely kind to the members, they give their love back to him. Aside from his talent (I'm totally head over heels for his vocals) he's really admirable for how he is as a brother and a friend to NCT. As someone who's the same age as he is, a lot of my friends also tend to be younger than me, and I think I can learn a lot from how he truly cares for his dongsaeng.

May their identity also be protected. I've spent a lot of time making these two videos because I wanted to show people his talent and his "personality." It seems like everything was just a mask. I won't delete these videos because they serve as a reminder that anyone might not be who they appear to be. I'm not saying we should see everyone else as an enemy or a criminal, but it's a simple reminder to be aware of potential danger and to fix a limit between you as a fan and the artists but never feel guilty for liking an artist you're free to enjoy what makes you happy
None or at least most like 99% of the idols aren't who they appear to be. KPOP training is more than just singing and dancing. These idols are trained on how to act, talk and walk. Everything they let the fans see is heavily curated. Not saying they are all nefarious or sinister like Taeil allegedly is but none or like I said most are not who they appear to be in the public eye.

it's true when you socialise with younger people, you'll have a young heart. I used to be prejudice towards having younger friends bcos when I was in high school, they're basically more likable and some are disrespectful towards seniors. since then I don't want to associate with younger students lol. in fact the seniority level was very influential in school. until one day I was admitted to university, I had to be friends with various ages. some are like 6 years younger than me. I never thought I would have a group of friends that are diverse. my perception was wrong and I realise how important it is to have diversity in friends group. I made a very good friends in university and not thinking of the seniority anymore. I just thought, eventually we're all the same. we're here for the same purpose. many people said I look 21/22 even tho I'm actually 27 😂 honestly I was shocked lol. hence why the oldest members in group usually mistakenly as the youngest 🤭
