So far this is one of the saddest game i've seen aside from FF. She is not just a major she's a mother figure to her team greatest sacrifices as a soldier to give his/her life inorder to save her subordinate or comrades. Like a mother she gave her life to save a person dear to her. I salute to soldiers and mothers out their its not an easy job to deal with. Mihuyo why Major Himeko sama damn it she my favorite among the characters of honkai.
I know i was angry and sad too she one of my favorite characters to play in honkai then mihoyo just RIP it. I'll miss her if this became a real anime aside cooking with valkyrie i will watch it no second thoughts.

Anyone who is confused Honika impact is a video game NOT AN ANIME. And in their world, there are these aliens called honika. Valkyries aka (red hair girl , and all the ppl you saw in the like flash back of saying major) They Inject honika cells to fight honika But honika cells are toxic and the more you use them the more it basically brings you to death. White hair girl aka kiana got possessed by sirin a hercsherr who was wrecking havoc. Himko was supposed to retire from fighting by taking a serum that gets rid of all the honika cells saving her life but robbing of her fighting power. In this animation, himiko was supposed to retire then but decided to save kiana from Sirins controll. So himko forgets about her retirement and uses the serum to save kiana. But since himeko was supposed to retire and she used a suit that made her die faster, she died then due to honika cells and overheating I think. (Correct me if I'm wrong I'm still on ch.3)
