My favourite form of exercise is climbing and learning how to fight like a martial art or krav maga, mainly because its fun, I'm learning something and it totally distracts me from the fact I'm exercising! Least favourite is spin class, never ever again!

I've asked facialists before and they always say it's something to do with cleanliness of your pillowcase or phone, but that really doesn't make sense because I wash both frequently and sleep on both sides of my face :') if you ever figure it out.... please let me know! also I used to love that movie!!

they have a mix of supportive-ness! I've say the reef bra is less supportive, fine for me and my tiny b00bs lol but their 'silt' reversible ones are much more compressing xxx
