Thanks for the reaction - future reactions to any BIGBANG music is good for me. I haven't heard their performance of Sober from their tour report in Malaysia for a while - where Daesung sings whilst playing the drums - apparently very difficult because of different rhythms involved. Also, I love listening to If You live from Bangkok. BIGBANG were unfortunate after their military service, because covid then hit. They had been due to perform at Coachella in 2020 (I had a ticket too 😢) but, the whole of Coachella was cancelled that year and the next. When it played again, I kept looking for BIGBANG's name - but by that time, it was 5 or 6 years since they had performed together and it seems like TOP had already decided to leave after Still Life was released that year. Another BIGBANG fan left a comment though - about another band, who got back together after 10 years and released more music - so we may get a suprise one day! I think it is good to be optimistic - and BTS will be fine,m. They are staggering their entry, which means that the members not in service, can still keep performing and doing activities for the fans - so it may not really seem like a break.
I remember how excited I was to hear that BB would be at Coachella and I was really looking forward to seeing videos of their performance. It was disappointing that it was cancelled, moreso for you because you had a ticket. I guess we really don't know what will happen and they may decide to get back together eventually. Fingers crossed.
