I grew up Church of Christ and I know acappella singing and the 3rd song of the 3 is just unreal harmonies and a good message too in a song!

Dailey & Vincent (in my opinion) have turned into a novelty act. They went from playing straight ahead, hard driving music to doing Statler Brothers and Southern Gospel music. And they can't do a show without adding "comedy". To me it takes away from their music. They have incredible harmonies... but they just try a little too hard to be "entertainers"

You may be right as far as the novelty act part goes, but, as you can see, the crowds have responded to it real well. So let's let it go at that and let them do their thing. If you want to see a "novelty act" check out "Little Roy & Lizzy show." That's the bluegrass version of Abbott and Costello!

I agree, I wonder if I bought tickets to a Statler brothers show if I would hear Daily & Vincent? If I want to hear the Statler Brothers I’ll buy tickets to the Statlers show. Most of the time they are not adding comedy, that’s just the way they are naturally! Sometimes they will add comedy to give both their fingers and voices a rest. It depends on how long they are scheduled to play. When they hit the stage for the audience they have already played the entire set list at least once before the doors open, during practice. So yeah they need a break.
