    - Excellent network & connections.
    - A very warm, helpful n professional team. Never seen a staff member looking tired or not fully present. Each n every one of them looks crisp and ready to go.
    - Well maintained aircraft.
    - Decent inflight entertainment.
    - Reasonably priced fares.
    - Superb website design for online bookings / redemption.

    Nicely said. I liked Cathay and really hope they could do better. The services from frontline teams weren’t up to expectations in the past year. Also the crew members seemed to be unsatisfied with the management, which got reflected in how they interacted with passengers. Sincerely hope Cathay could improve and go back to the best airline it once was.

    Excellent company, congratulations to the whole team and a great new year to all of you, truly a company that tries to do its best to serve the customer, I had the opportunity to fly with this company in May 2023 and I really enjoyed it, I hope to fly again in soon with you, thank you.

    It's good to see the reusable metallic cutleries and plastic in the economy cabin. Though service overall still isn't quite meeting expectation.

    "adding even more redemption seats than last year"......... did you mention how the required miles are tremendously inflated? and withholding business class seats?

    Not happy with recent booking experience. I has to rebook two new tickets because my route didn't allow me to make changes. I was penalized $400 for cancellation instead of $200 for the two tickets, and on top of that they have not refunded me my four seat selections $300 on my original tickets 😡

    Nice message but CX, you excused too many cockpit crew. You need to treat your team members in order to sustain your airline.

    Should only hire local hong kong people as pilots. those are high pay jobs, shouldn't let those jobs flow to foreigners! No other countries would let that happen so easily like japan, south korea, U.S., Germany, France, England, Australia....

    I have flown you once in business class back in 2015 (DOH - HKG) round-trip. It was my first (and last) experience with Cathay Pacific. Wish you all the best, but Cathay is not for me.

    Mr CEO - no offence here - can I suggest you dress up a little bit better? There’s nothing wrong with a classic bespoke suit with a nice (Hermes?) tie. You need to show authority starting with an immaculate outfit. Your current look sadly doesn’t quite match your position! Also please don’t suddenly call it “Cathay” when you are still Cathay Pacific! It drives me mad when I see that on your website! Again what’s wrong with the full name?!

    You keep to cancel massive flights since November, to today , lack of pilots, FA, and ground crew. Carpet airline

    Nice message and they need to restart CX890/899 EWR-HKG-EWR that way its 4x daily HKG-NYC market. For the Aria Suites HKG-MNL will get it first for familiarization and then the longer routes from HKG
