Mrembo fel , to milk is not as easy you have to do practice. The best method is squeezing teats not pulling. Pole pole ndio mwendo. Ideally milking has to take 7mins.Slow milking make cow retain milk. Also enhance milk stimulation with music and will love. Voice of a professional.😊
