This was the performance at the end, which each artist does after they win. Måns is so classy and a great singer, you should watch the song that he performs at the Final show in 2016 'Peace, peace, Love Love'. It's a play on all the funny things Eurovision has throw at us over the years :)
Mans didnt win the public vote as the trio singing for Italy polled more votes. But Mans was so far ahead with the jury votes it put him in first place. The two sets of votes are now split and makes for a more exciting finish. Mans did a slowed down acoustic version of the song for the Eurovision show that was broadcast when the Eurovision was cancelled in 2020. He lives in the Uk now and is married to a british actress. So he dedicated it the the nurses and doctors in the NHS and the world over who did such an amazing job during the pandemic

I think it's the title that says Winner that makes them pick the final song. They don't realise that it's not the actual competition performance
