Sounds lovely, this is probably the only E200MMC Allison batch out there that's still got the same Allison gear shift revs as the usual euro 6 e200s. As on other allison mmcs the gear revs are lower slightly. Wouldn't be surprised if one of these ends up getting a cooling fan some day.
Im aware they dont have physical kickdown switches nor anything under the pedal but this is still kickdown, they drop gears and can hold them longer than normal by driver input. trust me that this isnt behaviour that every mmc can replicate
@@TheTransportSpotter So have other people who would say these are kickdown enabled, I mean I literally dont know what else you could call a bus that downshifts and holds its gears based upon driver throttle input (this really isnt something every mmc does by default - very few batches in the country are like this ) and these have the same shifting pattern under kickdown as their euro 6 E200 equivalents which do have physical switches. also just to quote someone else that has driven these "This bus has a working kickdown function. Although there is no kickdown switch under the pedal of this batch, one can definitely feel a very soft click when depressing it far enough to activate the kickdown. The way it's being driven is entirely down to the pressure the driver puts on the throttle pedal."

There are other batches like this one, the U9 and H20s MMCs both have kickdown enabled in the same way. Plus some other batches outside london too.

Only the newer Allisons dont but you can replicate it
