I continued searching how to do this and this worked for me and the data correctly shows in the database as you choose from the dropdown menu, the function is a "Lookup Wizard" th-cam.com/video/H_qAOGQduO4/w-d-xo.html

You selected 'Ghana' as the location value, but when reviewing the table, the record had 'Cornwall' for location. I'm having similar issues.

The combo box should be linked with the column of the table from the form setting to reflect the value from form to table.
