I think with the rulebook, it would be smart to make it so the rulebook is ordered from more basic effects towards more and more obscure and hard to keep track of ones, so you can for the first few games play with just the first few pages of rules and slowly add pages before you're playing the full amalgam. Could also color code the rules by what kinda effect they do like "passive effect", "active effect", "meta effect" etc, kinda how fluxx does it on cards, but instead on maybe symbols and on the rulebook itself.
Not a horrible idea, but it doesn't address the problems a rule book is trying to solve. I think what's more important is to address setup, persistent, and pack up mechanics before the activated mechanics. Passive effects as well as game rules that are always present need to be addressed before playing the game as they are in-play no matter the activated effects. Then the rest of the entries are sorted for easy navigation alphabetically or whatever to make finding the rules easy.
To a similar effect, it might be nice to essentially have a couple different "preset ruleset combos" that let you play recommended variations of the ruleset to ease you into the full game or to change up gameplay. So like an "Easy Mode" that cuts down how many rules are in effect, a "No Bugs" one that leaves out any rules like in this video would be a funny one for people that absolutely hate the garbage, a "Fast Mode" that only includes rules that speed up gameplay, "Dice Mode" that only includes rules needing dice (of course, with minor exceptions if anything is actually needed to make the game playable), etc. For the physical rule book, I would expect it would just tell you what # rules each mode has (Assuming each rule is numbered) or a list of what categories of rules (in which case everyone in that category, assuming rules are categorized into types). For an online manual, you could have pre-defined filters that automatically only show the enabled rules.
The more episodes in this series, the more I feel like Valefisk would make a video about it if it ever got a Tabletop Sim port. It feels like something straight out of his playbook
For the Anti-Skip tower, am I correct in remembering that there's a "Skip Everyone" card somewhere in here that effectively just functions as "Take Another Turn"? That sounds like it'd be a pretty fun mechanical interaction.
I can already imagine someone forgetting it’s not a go again card and the player with the anti skip “tower” being like “Um actually, it’s MY turn” this is amazing
For the tiki d20, maybe giving each chemicards character a specific number would make it easier to figure out who's getting picked? Great episode btw, love me some bugs
This could also extend to other player specific cards like the Flex power or Life cards. The main deck is double sided, and the dice are serving multiple functions, so why not the character cards?
@@FlatlandsSurvivor the "official" way to simulate a D3 with a d6 is to divide the rolled number by two and then round up if the rolled number results in a fraction (so 1 and 2 are 1, 3 and 4 are 2, 5 and 6 are 3), although I personally find this method cumbersome, it's the most common one in TTRPGs
I think it would be good for the ‘when this card is drawn…’ cards to have a signifying ‘thing’ like a red border around the art, so people know that they need to check the rules now, not when played. Just a thought! Love the series!
Maybe not borders as borders are more visible from the sides and back as they are damaged from shuffling. I'm thinking more like design language on the symbol itself where if it has certain traits with it's shape, it communicates what kind of effect it is. Color could work, but the game is colorblind accessible so that might require the symbols to have design language anyway. That is dependent on if design language being color bind accessible does end up as a design requirement. Edit: The cards are plastic so I'm not sure if my point stands.
I think decimal-style indices/identifiers might be a better idea than page numbers. It's much more work to make page numbers stable instead of indices like "1.2.3", and you could still stick the first index or index range for a page in the upper right so it's easy to flip through. Even if someone translates the manual into another language, the cards should continue to be as useful as possible.
Huh. That's actually a really good idea. Otherwise we get stuff like the rules for Magic: The Gathering where rules aren't organized well and some rules are removed leaving blank rule numbers. Never knew that indices are useful in that way.
@@benji-menji i stole the idea from legal codes, which love their stable indices. you'll still end up with gaps if rules are removed, and you could still intentionally insert gaps to leave space for future development if you want, but something like "3.2.7" reads better than "3002007", where you left shift overall sections in one single number and are forced to limit each sub-section's size (< 1000 in this example, because that should mean +1 one sectioning level up). this method might be a decent tradeoff between compactness & readability and how prone the logical order is to desynching from the numeric order after additions to the rule set.
Instead of doing rerolls with a d4, the eye eye B.U.G. should be a d6 where 1/2, 3/4, and 5/6 are paired up and do the same thing. It would be a little bit more streamlined for play speed.
What a juorney it has been I remember watching the first video when it appeared in my recommendation a couple of time and thought "Oh that is a neat idea, and it is only a half an hour video, so why not" And then there was the second part, and then the third... so I have watched every video of the Amalgam ever since, Definitely didn't expect to be in a 10+ videos saga when I started
You could have the D10 that keeps track of the Overload be coloured nuclear green, while having the regular d10 be coloured something else, just for flavour
So when looking up examples of Uno collabs to show to a friend I accidentally found out about Uno Flip Stranger Things Edition. Which according to the images and comments on the Mattel website adds a CAM that is just drawing a wildly varying amount of cards similar to the "draw until you can play" rule from digital Uno And another rule I couldn't find. I don't know if there's more Uno Flip versions out there, But I didn't know I needed this till I saw it.
While looking through Uno versions I found out that Uno Trolls Band Together is different from Uno Trolls World Tour, Thus the former not being represented in the Amalgam (unless I forgot about a mechanically identical version) And about the existance of Uno NFL, Which has a special rule sounded weird.
I can smell the cheap plastic from here, wonderful video as always. Once again, my contract requires me to request Spider-Man Uno for when you inevitably do an art mechanic episode, so I’ll stick around until then.
Entomology episode?? Incredible. Also love the number of dice uses (and dice) we're getting in this game. (yes I have my hot chocolate I'm not breaking tradition now of all times)
Assuming it wouldn't bump up the price too much, we think it'd be really helpful to include some kind of "game mat" to help keep distinct track of all the draw, discards & play piles + places to set the relevance dice. We imagine without one, it'd be easy to lose track of what/where everything is
For the Eye Eye dice rolls, I feel like, if you're going to have the players refer to a chart to determine what number corresponds to which outcome anyways, it might make more sense to roll the d6 instead of the d4, that way you can assign two numbers to each outcome instead of having a 1/4 chance of needing to reroll the die.
Please put an indicator next to any rules that are based on reaction time, especially when you need to roll a dice for it and only one of the outcomes is reaction based. That way when learning you can read that rule beforehand and only read the one rule you rolled afterwards ignoring the other 8ish outcomes for now.
i think it might stand to benifit the ease of play to group the rules in the rulebook by how often they appear together. i.e. all the yellow exclusives in one section, all the reds in another, etc. to prevent repeat flipping back and forth in the tome
I have a suggestion, i seem to have vague memories of playing a game called Uno Moo. I dont remember much about it at all, other than there being little plastic animal ball things that you would put on and then push into a barn that also served as the games container while not being played. I dont know how or if you can add this, but I'd really enjoy seeing you try
Considering (if i remember correctly) the cards are going to be waterproof, i imagine the ideal way to play this is in a circle underwater with snorkels, with a rulebook person above the water so players can swim up to ask them the rules of anything happening
For some reason, the "like the video if you, in fact, liked the video" tickles my brain in just the right way. That said, I did like the video, so I will, in fact, like the video 😁
Two things: A.) UNO Moo. Make it happen. ;) B.) This might be too far out there, but how about a companion phone app that's just a QR code-like scanner with hot links to specific card instructions when you scan them? Obviously, we still need the Rule Tome, but being able to quicky scan a card and pull the rules up could be handy.
Uno VeeFriends has a unique mechanic not yet represented, a card that forces you to take a selfie and post it online. Also each deck includes a rare foil card with 17 to collect.
I’m not the sort of person whos comfortable posting selfies online, @massacresmansion i would appreciate it if the rule were flexible - just share the selfie *somewhere*, could be online or could be texted to a friend
just heard about this masterpiece of an Idea from Choppo. How far out is this game from simply getting through all the rules? Really wanna play this on tabletop simulator before I retire
There’s a card in another SpongeBob Uno called the Wild Super Absorbency card, basically meaning the player with the least amount of cards must absorb a card from the player on their left, the player on their right, and a card from the deck. If it’s a tie among the least amount of cards, the person that played the super absorbency chooses who it should affect. I’ve been watching this series over the weekend, and I’m excited to see where you take this game!
Maybe Uno Tiki Twist will finally have its time in the spotlight I actually have an idea of how to add it into the amalgam (I initially had two but when I think about it I dont know how good of an idea it was (although it is very similar to the imo better idea I had for it))
Uno moo is a variation I remember seeing in a TV commercial at one point, and based on the instructions it's just regular uno but the cards are balls, numbers are animals, and it has a Bug that's just a discard pile for the balls. I guess if you really want to, you can make people say "uno moooooo" when they have one card instead of just uno, other than that the functional mechanics are just the removal of base uno stuff.
i know its way more practical to just make it an actual book, but im picturing a bigass accordion of a rulebook and its still at least as funny as the scroll idea, if not funnier
I bought UNO Show 'em No Mercy and it's only arriving in a month. Apparently it's super popular. I noticed Billie Eilish and the Official Instagram account among others talking way more about UNO and it absolutely started with you I'm sure of it m8!
As a dice enthusiast and collector, the prospect of a custom set of Chemicards-themed dice entices me to buy the final product even further. Here's hoping the D12 manages to find it's way in somehow. Do you reckon one of the D10s will be in tens rather than units, in case of some D100 shenanigans?
To make your life easier when it comes to adding expansion packs in the future, (if that ever happens) I would suggest treating a portion of the amalgam's current rules as expansions, for the sake of the design process. You could release these faux expansions right from the get go with the base game. The reason for doing so is basically practicing how to implement new rules while maintaining backwards compatibility with the previous rule set. This will help with writing your rule book as well if each chapter of the book is stand alone. Also in the case where the game is just too complicated for people to enjoy, if the chapters are easily separable a group people could play from just chapters 1, 2, and 4, leaving out chapters 3, 5, and 6 for example. Additional expansions = additional chapters, endeavoring not to go back and edit previous chapters when modifying the rules.
Perfect! This means I can actually get players to play a couple games before they go insane. They are already kinda designing the game as expandable as rules the remove functionality are not added so this would be perfect.
4:02 Could you add letters next to every rule (like page 1A would be the first rule on page one, 1Z would be the last rule on page one, 5C would be the third rule on page five) because assuming multiple rules will be on each page it would be a lot easier if it told you exactly what page *and* exactly what line the rules are on. Like this super cool original card "A Literal Nuke", but I don't know what it does. But lucky for me it says 69E on it, so I whip open my rule book and go to page 69. Then I look for E, and *WOW* it says "give the next player cancer", nice now I know what the rule is. This idea costs £0.01, but just for you it's free. (On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate my bad buisness practices)
Another new uno amalgam video, letsgo. Thanks to this series and many others, I'm motivated to make my frankly way too big passion projects. So yeah, thanks man, and keep going. Always will be here to support you❤
Uno games with bugs:"I think were safe in here" Luke:*breaks the door where they were* "PREPARE TO BECOME DICE" *fires dice-inator* Uno games with bugs:NOOOOOAAAAAAARRRRGGGHHHH
This reminds me: We had a "Uno card shuffler" as kids. This might've just been an extra thing we bought, but I thought I'd mention it just in case it belongs to a special Uno thing
I haven't really been paying attention to the game mechanics for the last 4 or 5 episodes and just enjoyed your commentary on the games you added. But this time I decided to listen and I realised how unbelievably difficult Chemicards would be to play (unless you take it slow and consult the rulebook twice a second). And that's not even considering playing with 16 players.
thanks for this series and the creative ways of interpreting some of these mechanics but most of all thank you for the restraint of not including a bunch of pictures of insects into the bug episode
A cool way to flavor the UNO! Towers from Power Grab would be to make them protective equipment found in the chemical plant! Since it’s such a rundown plant they only have one of each, like a gas mask that protects against stunning gasses (aka skipping your turn!)
And of course once you get all the gear you get to cleanse yourself, before tossing it away (because these wacky characters aren’t smart enough to think about keeping them!)
I'm a bit late, but wouldn't it make sense to transfer some of the color exclusive cards from the last episode to other colors that they wouldn't have the chance to be on in their original games? (having only four colors and all.) For example, some of the color exclusives were overlapping, like having the "red only wild card" and the "red only all draw two" without any sort of orange/purple/pink/grey exclusives. This system kinda skews the balance of the colors towards the base four colors ever so slightly, so it would be nice to see the other four represented somehow, either by new cards or by altering the color of a select few exclusive sets.
It might be a big ask budget-wise (I wouldn’t know) but it could be cool to have a game mat, that designates where the draw and discard piles go, and what number the discard pile is And you could put all the character art on it nice and big as well
a version of uno that qualifies for name only(like last episode) is UNO purgatory, which is an digital version of uno made in the visual programming language scratch, basically, it has some non-integer cards like pi(3.1415926...), the golden ratio(1.618...), -1/2,1/2 and e(2.718...), cards with different numbers can be discarded if their numbers are close enough, there is also the golden phi card, which is golden.
I hope these cards will have a designated "front" and "back" symbol on them so that things like flip won't end up being incredibly confusing, especially if you have to drop your cards or a card stack falls for any reason lol
The front and back will be deliberately identical, so you don't have to go through an ungodly number of cards and make sure they're all face-up. This was mentioned in an earlier episode. Did you watch the series?
Honestly, most of the BUG's in previous episodes didn't really interest me much outside of the weird extra discard pile rules. I understand why they exist, and commend you for making it work, it just didn't feel like fun additions. The plastic Uno's are boring, and making them work with dies somehow makes them more boring. That being said, the emergent gameplay I'm seeing with these rules interacting with each other, and with previous games added in the other videos, is all clicking for me now. Cannot wait to get my hands on this. I don't have any recommendations this time. You've dried out everything I've personally collected, and still you're finding more to add. The research alone has got to be an insane process.
You should make an app for the rulebook so everyone can have their own rulebook. There should also be an "easy mode" where some rules that are complicated or niche are taken out in the app when a setting is activated or have an exclamation mark next to them for the rulebook.
neat idea for the Uno Blast, that each time someone.. "blasts" the fail number increases by x amount or 1. so after someone discards their drawn cards you want to avoid rolling a 1 or 2 and increasing. resetting back at 1 when a roll is failed

Possibly. 🤔
Cool idea!
Well, everyone cracking jokes about the craziness of this game... What an UNOrthodox situation i say...
😂🤯
What a juorney it has been
I remember watching the first video when it appeared in my recommendation a couple of time and thought
"Oh that is a neat idea, and it is only a half an hour video, so why not"
And then there was the second part, and then the third... so I have watched every video of the Amalgam ever since,
Definitely didn't expect to be in a 10+ videos saga when I started
Glad you’re still here! :D
All this Big Useless Garbage was starting to bug me. Glad you're tackling the infestation! Looking forward to this episode :D
Thank you so much!
bug pun
I really hope there's something special you have prepared for the fabled 100TH ADDITION. Nice work as always!
Thank you so much!
17:39 Okay but can we talk about just how badly she got Mario Karted in that Uno tiktok? Ay carumba!
Indeed. Oof 😂
You could have the D10 that keeps track of the Overload be coloured nuclear green, while having the regular d10 be coloured something else, just for flavour
Overload die should probably be a countdown die too if we're already customizing it
I was thinking a different font on the numbers would also help
They could also try to make a D10 spindown instead of a normal D10 so that iterating it is easier if possible.
Cool ideas!
So when looking up examples of Uno collabs to show to a friend I accidentally found out about Uno Flip Stranger Things Edition.
Which according to the images and comments on the Mattel website adds a CAM that is just drawing a wildly varying amount of cards similar to the "draw until you can play" rule from digital Uno
And another rule I couldn't find.
I don't know if there's more Uno Flip versions out there,
But I didn't know I needed this till I saw it.
While looking through Uno versions I found out that
Uno Trolls Band Together is different from Uno Trolls World Tour,
Thus the former not being represented in the Amalgam (unless I forgot about a mechanically identical version)
And about the existance of Uno NFL,
Which has a special rule sounded weird.
Noted!
I can smell the cheap plastic from here, wonderful video as always.
Once again, my contract requires me to request Spider-Man Uno for when you inevitably do an art mechanic episode, so I’ll stick around until then.
Thank you! :)
i still love the idea that each turn lasts multiple minutes with 16 players and a guy dancing in the corner the entire time
Such a funny situation 😂
Entomology episode?? Incredible. Also love the number of dice uses (and dice) we're getting in this game. (yes I have my hot chocolate I'm not breaking tradition now of all times)
Glad you’re enjoying! 😎
Assuming it wouldn't bump up the price too much, we think it'd be really helpful to include some kind of "game mat" to help keep distinct track of all the draw, discards & play piles + places to set the relevance dice. We imagine without one, it'd be easy to lose track of what/where everything is
In playtesting it hasn’t been an issue, but this is a feature man people have asked for, so more likely than not it will happen. :)
Yep. Hopefully this gets added as a fix.
Fair 😂
@@MassacresMansion Or just add a 4th outcome tbh
Please put an indicator next to any rules that are based on reaction time, especially when you need to roll a dice for it and only one of the outcomes is reaction based. That way when learning you can read that rule beforehand and only read the one rule you rolled afterwards ignoring the other 8ish outcomes for now.
That will likely happen
i think it might stand to benifit the ease of play to group the rules in the rulebook by how often they appear together. i.e. all the yellow exclusives in one section, all the reds in another, etc. to prevent repeat flipping back and forth in the tome
I’ll consider it!
you know i just realised by the end of this you'll practically be a qualified uno historian.
So true 😭
Dang, all this Big Useless Garbage is really starting to get on my nerves. If only there was a better word to describe my feelings towards them.
👀
the BUGs are ticking you off?
@@AlphaPizzadog i think they might be bugging them
i fear the day I must shuffle the amalgam deck; i fear i will prove unworthy.
I believe in you!
Looks like were also adding LEGO Uno to the mix here.
I only had LEGO bugs on hand. 😂
Everytime I hear Rules I think of Rouxls and it cant be undone
Good 😂😂😂
I have a suggestion, i seem to have vague memories of playing a game called Uno Moo. I dont remember much about it at all, other than there being little plastic animal ball things that you would put on and then push into a barn that also served as the games container while not being played. I dont know how or if you can add this, but I'd really enjoy seeing you try
Noted!
Considering (if i remember correctly) the cards are going to be waterproof, i imagine the ideal way to play this is in a circle underwater with snorkels, with a rulebook person above the water so players can swim up to ask them the rules of anything happening
That would be incredible 😂
UNO Splash indeed
I'm absolutely glad Uno Tiki Twist is in here. About time we spin to win
😎
In the fiction of Chemicards, the towers could be big vats of differently colored chemicals. Like the kind the Joker falls in.
Cool idea!
I awaited the day off being called out on the "AmalGame", and i was.
Wuh 😂
For some reason, the "like the video if you, in fact, liked the video" tickles my brain in just the right way.
That said, I did like the video, so I will, in fact, like the video 😁
Thank you for the like! :D
You could've added a 16-sided die, they're really cool!
I think he didn't know they existed! But I'm sure he will be glad to add them if they aren't too expensive
Unfortunately D16s are not standardized with most manufacturers so they would be really expensive to add ):
@@MassacresMansion Yeah that's true. Only a handful of companies make them :(
my god, having a rule page on the card is genius! wish dnd had that wish some of their mechanics referenced in other books/spells they have made
That would be so convenient fr fr
Two things:
A.) UNO Moo. Make it happen. ;)
B.) This might be too far out there, but how about a companion phone app that's just a QR code-like scanner with hot links to specific card instructions when you scan them? Obviously, we still need the Rule Tome, but being able to quicky scan a card and pull the rules up could be handy.
I don’t know how to code ):
Neither do I. :(
Uno VeeFriends has a unique mechanic not yet represented, a card that forces you to take a selfie and post it online. Also each deck includes a rare foil card with 17 to collect.
Noted!
I’m not the sort of person whos comfortable posting selfies online, @massacresmansion i would appreciate it if the rule were flexible - just share the selfie *somewhere*, could be online or could be texted to a friend
Can’t wait to see it. I will bring my bug repellent on Saturday. Just in case.
Nice 😎
I think having rulebook page numbers on the cards is genius!
Thank you!
just heard about this masterpiece of an Idea from Choppo. How far out is this game from simply getting through all the rules?
Really wanna play this on tabletop simulator before I retire
I’ll be briefly addressing this in the next part, but I’m about 20% complete, give or take 5%. 😂
Noted!
I’m glad you’re enjoying the series! Thank you! :D
Maybe Uno Tiki Twist will finally have its time in the spotlight
I actually have an idea of how to add it into the amalgam (I initially had two but when I think about it I dont know how good of an idea it was (although it is very similar to the imo better idea I had for it))
😈
Uno moo is a variation I remember seeing in a TV commercial at one point, and based on the instructions it's just regular uno but the cards are balls, numbers are animals, and it has a Bug that's just a discard pile for the balls. I guess if you really want to, you can make people say "uno moooooo" when they have one card instead of just uno, other than that the functional mechanics are just the removal of base uno stuff.
Noted 😈
Any chance of getting a game mat to keep track of all the placements for discard piles, towers, ect? Starting to seem necessary.
Definitely possible!
this is getting closer and closer to being a tcg
Absolutely 😂
1: will there be a CAM episode or is that too niche
2:can you add a portuguese version of the manual
traduzir não deve ser tão difícil mas talvez fique cara e não se pague
Possibly!
Probably not, because I don’t have a reliable way to translate to other languages. ):
i know its way more practical to just make it an actual book, but im picturing a bigass accordion of a rulebook and its still at least as funny as the scroll idea, if not funnier
I can’t imagine how much surface area that would cover 😂
Gotta clarify: This isn't the B.U.G. episode, it's the episode with the B.U.G.S (not with the B.U.G.)
😎
I bought UNO Show 'em No Mercy and it's only arriving in a month. Apparently it's super popular. I noticed Billie Eilish and the Official Instagram account among others talking way more about UNO and it absolutely started with you I'm sure of it m8!
That would be wild if true. 😂 Enjoy No Mercy when it arrives!
I really DO hope this project is successful, and its not every day I actually have hope for a project on the internet
I appreciate that very much! :D
Yes absolutely 😎
if it were me, I’d make the uno attack / overload die the 100, to show how close it is to reaching 100% capacity before it overloads :0
Oh no the creepy crawlers are coming out of uno flash again
Yeah!
I’ll consider that 😂
My fiancé and I love watching your videos! We're super excited to buy Chemicards when it's done. Keep up the great work!
Oh my gosh! Thank you so much for the donation! I’m glad I’ve created something you and your fiancé are able to enjoy together!
That may overcomplicate things but I’ll consider it!
Rulebook starting with we signing our soul away to uno would be hilarious
Good idea 😈
One of my favorite games is about bugs, and I say this because context of the video.
Nice!
Another new uno amalgam video, letsgo. Thanks to this series and many others, I'm motivated to make my frankly way too big passion projects. So yeah, thanks man, and keep going. Always will be here to support you❤
Thank you so much! I appreciate it!
Uno games with bugs:"I think were safe in here"
Luke:*breaks the door where they were* "PREPARE TO BECOME DICE" *fires dice-inator*
Uno games with bugs:NOOOOOAAAAAAARRRRGGGHHHH
😂😂😂
Theres a Phinias and Ferb reference in there too :)
This reminds me: We had a "Uno card shuffler" as kids. This might've just been an extra thing we bought, but I thought I'd mention it just in case it belongs to a special Uno thing
Noted 😂
You've already added every version of Uno I've ever played. But I'm going to keep watching thses. I'm excited to force my friends to play this.
That’s wonderful! 😈
I’ll be streamlining the learning process as much as possible!
Uno BUG tier list when?
Perhaps at the end of the series once ive covered them all 😂
thanks for this series and the creative ways of interpreting some of these mechanics
but most of all thank you for the restraint of not including a bunch of pictures of insects into the bug episode
I appreciate the support! 😂
Uno version suggestion: UNO Junior. Yes this version has something akin to new rules...but it's legit level scaling per say.
Noted! :0
A cool way to flavor the UNO! Towers from Power Grab would be to make them protective equipment found in the chemical plant! Since it’s such a rundown plant they only have one of each, like a gas mask that protects against stunning gasses (aka skipping your turn!)
Each of the characters are stealing the gear from each other to protect themselves after all!
And of course once you get all the gear you get to cleanse yourself, before tossing it away (because these wacky characters aren’t smart enough to think about keeping them!)
Excellent idea!
I love the idea of dumpster diving raccoons decorating their den with a bunch of blinking Uno!™ branded garbage, it really warms my heart
It’s such a cute scene 😭
0:38 The fact that useless is missing a "e" is _bugging_ me.
Whoops 😂
first you made these edible, then dnd,now an insect investation...god i love this binge watching
Happy to hear that! :)
You’re right! Once this project is near completion if there aren’t color exclusive cards for each color, that’ll likely change.
It might be a big ask budget-wise (I wouldn’t know) but it could be cool to have a game mat, that designates where the draw and discard piles go, and what number the discard pile is
And you could put all the character art on it nice and big as well
That’s definitely a possibility!
My favorite series on TH-cam!
Thank you so much!!!
6:53 I HEARD THAT FORESHADOWING DON’T BE SNEAKY YOU LITTLE [Bug]
;)
a version of uno that qualifies for name only(like last episode) is UNO purgatory, which is an digital version of uno made in the visual programming language scratch, basically, it has some non-integer cards like pi(3.1415926...), the golden ratio(1.618...), -1/2,1/2 and e(2.718...), cards with different numbers can be discarded if their numbers are close enough, there is also the golden phi card, which is golden.
Was that officially made by Mattel?
This game needs a tutorial in the rulebook
Definitely!
I hope these cards will have a designated "front" and "back" symbol on them so that things like flip won't end up being incredibly confusing, especially if you have to drop your cards or a card stack falls for any reason lol
They will not lol 😂
@@MassacresMansion Ooooh boy, that's gonna be great XD
Glad I could slowly convince you! And I’m glad you appreciate the synergies and effort that’s gone into this project! Thank you!
You should make an app for the rulebook so everyone can have their own rulebook.
There should also be an "easy mode" where some rules that are complicated or niche are taken out in the app when a setting is activated or have an exclamation mark next to them for the rulebook.
I don’t know how to code. ):
But I will be making a website with the rules on it so everyone can have a copy of the rules!
neat idea for the Uno Blast, that each time someone.. "blasts" the fail number increases by x amount or 1. so after someone discards their drawn cards you want to avoid rolling a 1 or 2 and increasing. resetting back at 1 when a roll is failed
That’s a cool idea!
I LOVE BUGS SO MUCH OMG I'M A BUG CHASER THIS VIDEO WAS MADR FOR ME!!!🎉
Nice 😂
The towers are like the infinity stones lmao
Very nice addition
Thank you!
Clarification time is low-key my favorite part 🤩
Glad to hear it! 😂
Dang, uno power grab honestly synergizes well with the amalgam
Indeed!
excited to see the d12 added along with Uno: Duodectuple Play
🤯
Oh hell yeah HW: beat that mentioned!
It's a great game!
@@MassacresMansion Never actually got past the bedroom level, I think it's on steam, maybe time for a throwback...
By the time you done, 20 more uno games will be out lol
True 😂
