For professional use of OCR, dedicated API as the ones made by MINDEE will provide much better performance

Will it work on Arabic manuscripts and is it possible to train the machine to avoid extracting the same word wrong every time.

i have a problem when installing pdftotext on windows 11, do you have any other recommendations library that have the same speed as pdftotext?, thank you for the video
