How did you get monetized with a namibian address? Once you enter namibia as you residing location in the advance settings, it automatically says your country is not eligible for youtube partnership program. TH-cam also has a list on google of all the countries that are eligible for their partnering program (monetization) and reasons why others are not eligible. You can be monetized if your residing location or country is not Namibia.
I first said South Africa, then once your monetized you can change it NAMIBIA will appear.

Especially those of Namibian origin because TH-cam is becoming more and more the cheapest and most broad means of advertising you know.
