You can kept pvc pipe on it , if you take out when the tree grow it damage the colounm.

PVC pipe isn't fixed , it's used only to fill cocopeat and removed after planting the tree . This doesn't damage the tree's roots and acts as a straw to draw water to the bottom root layer faster .

Bro, will coco peat disperse water to the soil or will it simply absorb all the water?

Cocopeat absorbs excess water and also disperses water to dry soil . It's a moisture retainer.
