Your video helped make my decision, I got one yesterday, holy shit. Wild badger power for the win!!! Takes down 1 inch trees like they’re nothing. Sturdy all aluminum shaft and head. Very adjustable handles and strap. And honestly strap isn’t necessary.
It is good to be back. Hopefully I can get the weather to cooperate this weekend and get another video out soon. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
Well I feel like with a 10” blade at full rpm it should lop a 4” tree off in one swing. At least my 40cc jonserd can blades a lot heavier and takes longer to get up to full speed but that momentum carries so it is hard to say I’ve been thinking of buying another one considering mine is a 1994 and parts are hard to find
Unfortunately this cutter is not built like that. Though not much is now days. It has done pretty good for me so far, I got a lot more to cut down next spring, so I will see how it holds up.
Thanks for the video. I've been watching other videos on the Badger 52cc. It's worth a shot to clear about an acre. May you please post a link to the Makita harness?
I put a link to the Makita back strap in the video description. I will add it on this comment as well, but not sure YT is going to allow it. www.amazon.com/Makita-122906-3-Brush-Cutter-Harness/dp/B00HPXYISU/ref=sr_1

Glad you happy with it. I have used it quite a bit this year and it has been good for me as well. It will get a lot more use next spring for sure.
Glad to see you're back!

@TheBigORanch I will see if I can find it and put it in the video description. Give me a day or so, and I will let you know that it is there.

si tu veux pas que lame scie donne des coup il faut que tu la passe en avant de l'arbre et tu tire vers toi gaz au fond :)
Good to know. I will have to try that
Awesome review! I find the circular saw blade doesn't have as much kickback as the Forester blade
Thanks. I did get the circular saw blade, but haven't got the opportunity to try it out yet. Less kickback would be nice for sure.
