part of the problem is that there are too many amateur ghost hunters who think its fun to try and contact the spirit world but they never close down the investigation and let the evil spirits in to our world.

I was thinking along those lines as well. The demon came from the prison and brought to the house.
Before they sell, the house needs a big exorcism with a strong experienced group. Psychics, exorcists, demonologists, etc... And what happened with the tools, they shouldn't hang on to them. I think the paranormal investigators just weren't up to this, the house seems to need much more than a blessing and a few prayers. (The investigator had a long attachment to a demon himself too, you can see him in 2 earlier episodes)
Well, in almost all the cases the house is being sold to another family, so the haunting is not solved.

am living in india. same thing happend with us in our home. believe or not, but this is absolutelty true. we had to leave that house. Even still people around the house claimled to hearing strange tapping voices and laughing. After watching this episode by chance it reminded me of all things that happend with me.

Out of all the Haunting episodes I have watched, this John guy seems to be the most knowledgeable.
What shocked me in the end was he carried those tools into the new house again. Why ??!!

Why am I like this? As soon as the guy walks into the kitchen and talks to the kid, then the kid tells him the demons name, I just did a whole SNL skit in my head when the guy goes back to the woman and says that that name cannot be Repeated. Then i imagined the wife saying who so-and-so? And the husband coming in from outside the door saying who so-and-so? Oh my God I’m laughing here all by myself watching this and I watch one of these videos almost every night. I am hooked on these shows.
Remember it’s always very important to ask for the history of the house before you purchase it cause you’ll never know what danger lurks in that home.

I think many hauntings are a blessing in disguise. They help many people to believe in God, which will spare them from getting trapped in Purgatory for eternity roaming with other lost souls, or worse.

Many of these episodes are similar. They move into a new home. Then, usually the wife hears noises first. Then she may see the ghost or hear voices again before the husband hears anything. Then the ghost becomes a poltergeist. Then they get paranormal investigators to come. They usually move at the end. The end.

@molliwilson5639 Here is the point. I believe these are made up or exaggerated to be similar to the other episodes. They are boring and a waste of time. I really love the subject of hauntings. I may watch a few more of these episodes just to see if they have stories that are different. Every now and then, I do find one that is different and interesting, such as A Haunting in Georgia or Connecticut. It can't be a coincidence that most stories are similar.
Why do people not realise straight away they need a medium or psychic or a cleaner to cleanse the house
It is always good to get your house blessed however if you have a demon in your house a blessing will only prevoke it. It is like poking a bear with a stick. To get rid of the demon a priest would need to do a Minor Right of Exorcism.
A psychic or medium will make it worse these people that have that ability are cursed not gifted their all demons no such thing as "ghosts"!!!

Could be indeed, apparently that is a common go to explanation for this sort of thing, or being near electromagnetic fields as experiments have been conducted in psychology to show how these can stimulate these experiences in the brain. I know it's my choice but not sure if I believe..I think a lot of it is dramatized .
that's the problem with these shows they always dramatise it. they take what happen and make it seem more than it is for entertainment. As if having the experience wasn't dramatic and at times traumatic enough. I've told a few stories that happened to me to magazines and they tend to expand on it somewhat leaving it quite different to the reality of what happened.
The way that skull showed up on that fish tank reminds me of the way when scrooge was standing in front of his front door Jacob Marley showed up on the door knocker

The only way someone can fight evil is in the name of Jesus Christ, candles..mediums and other kind of witchcraft it s a sin. There is authority against evil in everyone who follows the Bible and fight to have a life with God. There it s not such a thing that evil can overcome the Blood of Jesus Chist that layed on the cross for our sin to defend us against satan and his army.

Children are innocent, they are not tainted by people yet. They see things adults don't because they have not be told not to believe in things adults don't see. They are precious and clean, it is what demons want, a clean vessel. But God won't permit them easy access. The Demomologist used the the correct prayers, like a deliverance pastor. But did not cover everything. There are very few deliverance pastors strong enough to fight the demons off. Those pastors who know their stuff usually can either remove all the demons or command them to an object or a specific place or they can no longer move freely on the property. They either return to where they came from or remain in a very, very small space, until some idiot (s ) open a portal, with occult practices that allows them back . They are slippery things and lie, their whole existence is based on lying . Some true psychics can see spirits and even communicate with them. But psychics really don't have much of an affect on evil spirits, unless they use proper prayers and know the holy rituals to cleanse.
They are easy way to communicate and their mind are not too strong.
