Very informative. Thank you for your videos. I have what I believe to be a Spanish Colonial style house. It has fluted trim with corner rosettes around all doors and windows. I’ve been told that trim is more just colonial and should not be in a Spanish Colonial/Mediterranean style house. Would you be kind enough to give me your thoughts? I have tried to research but have not been successful.

Thanks for that question. I think that you would need to check with someone who specializes in historic architectural styles to correctly identify the trim style you have and if that's accurate with your Spanish Colonial style house or if it is a decorative style that may be specific to your area. I think in general for a Spanish Colonial revival style there is no trim or very little trim around the windows for instance, but each area or home may be a little different and reflect the style in a different way. Thanks so much. Take care, Carol
