Hi Nil~ WOW... Isn't technology mind blowing. It rapidly grows exponentially! To see a ring communicate detailed info about various functions of the body in real time to a personal handheld device, i.e. a cellphone, is phenominal! I thought FitBit was futuristic.🤷

I really like the fact that my Oura ring measures so much passively and while you’re sleeping. I’ve been using it for around four years and the battery is starting to fade. I’m exploring whether I want to continue on with Oura or try something else. Since I was a relatively new adopter I ended up with lifetime service so I don’t pay a monthly fee….that’s another thing to consider moving forward.
When you are wearing this ring do you need to swing your hand so it counts your steps like the Apple watch?
