I came because of your email.
The content in this video is so on point with what I’m learning about myself.
I realize that there are some things I can only understand when I’m intentionally resting and others that I can only understand when I’m intentionally working.
Thank you for posting and giving advice. I know this will be really helpful for me. Just going in a walk, I was able to solve a problem I’d been working on for hours with my spec piece

I must say it's great advice and I can relate to the situation where you only consume content of your niche and after a certain point it's become super confusing. You lose your originality and unique flavor because you are stuck in consuming the ideas of others. This hopeless curiosity is looking interesting to me to get tons of new ideas. Thanks for sharing.

I was rushing myself to learn more from online courses and books. Then I found that is a big stress factor for me because I am behind of everything and started to feel like I will never catch the others.. Thank you for sharing this Alex! Yes we should remember to consume other things rather than just boring stuff. Try washing the dishes :) lol .. that rubbing fills so many idea to the mind :D

Great video Alex...Yes! The best ideas I have comes from my subconscious mind. It is always working even while I sleep. I have a wide range of interests and value the importance of having fun while striving for a goal. The point is to not beat yourself up for not pursuing that writing goal 24/7. I've had several careers from science to music. One of the things I learned is that even though I have my heroes to learn from, I will never BE them....I don't want to be them. I want my own style and when it comes to playing a solo in jazz, I just let 'er rip and don't think about it. the same with my new career, Copywriting. There are a ton of people pulling at me to learn from which makes it all very murky to start out with...Jay Abraham is one of them. I know I will never be a Jay Abraham...I will learn what i can from his style of thinking so that I can be my own best writer...but ABL...Always Be Learning!
