I loved dancing , it is good physically and emotionally( every one is laughing or smiling)it has a study for both groups of elderly one into dancing and the other one have regular typical exercise , dancing made the person’s life live longer . I loved the blending of the sound, it made me dancing too but please avoid to be drunk n smoking , yes good for now but later ouch!

I loved dancing , it is good physically and emotionally( every one is laughing or smiling)it has a study for both groups of elderly one into dancing and the other one have regular typical exercise , dancing made the person’s life live longer . I loved the blending of the sound, it made me dancing too but please avoid to be drunk n smoking , yes good for now but later ouch!
