Why does Economic Survey compare Education in Health Outcomes ( 37:00 ) while specifically comparing PMJAY implemented state and those not implemented. PMJAY launched in 2018 and now its not even 3 years with a break in 2020. Also Education outcomes have various other parameters other than health alone. Is that really to provide realistic data or to specifically target WB which didn't implement. I will be glad to know why education was focused and if it is related how PMJAY ensure better education outcomes with real data if available.
i have a question (at 30:04) while explaining the V-shaped behavior of General Medicine Claims my question is , won't the claims start reducing at the moment when Covid-19 happened i.e. the claims would be maximum at that point Covid struck, because in the graph made by sir , at the covid line, the claims are shown the lowest
