PS4 Gold Wireless Headset - Replace Battery, Speakers and/or Ear Pads in 5 minutes!

Pretty easy task, twist off ear pads and 3 screws. Speakers and Battery are pre-wired connectors.

Probably easier and cheaper to just buy a used good condition headset without a dongle on eBay and pair it to your current dongle

hey bud, if you're still trying to do this - you can buy the headband on amazon or eBay. You remove the headband by pulling the headband pad away from the headband itself. You can do this by prying it with your fingernails to start. It's clipped into place all along the headband, so you'll hear several small snaps as you pull it away. When it's unsnapped, you have to cut a piece of plastic that is attaching the speaker wire to the headband itself. When you have the new one, just tape the speaker wire to the inside of the new pad and then snap it in. Press firmly so you hear hear the snaps. It's super easy, I promise. Good luck!
