- Luca Guadagnino is the 2022 recipient of the Göteborg Film Festival Honorary Dragon Award. I this Directors Talk after the screening of Call Me By Your Name at Stora Teatern in Göteborg Guadagnino talks about his career and his films, including the extended version of A Bigger Splash, An Even Bigger Splash.
So pretty. Thank you for this!!
Such a beautiful person. I love listening to him.
Good Director, far film making,
I am Krishna pada sau Kolkata India, new study film making ❤️🎞️📷
This is why you can't just get anyone to host panels with such great directors. Luca had so many fascinating things to say and he was barely acknowledging any of them, he was more focused on his little cards. It doesn't feel like a natural conversation
He's very intelligent and great to listen to
Does the guy doing the interview even listen 😂
This man is a genius. One of the cinema greats. I'd love to work with him. I have the perfect script he could produce and direct
This man thinks he is a genious, which is different...
@@MrGiampao not true. guadagnino is sophisticated but never arrogant. if you told him that he thinks he is a genius he would probably laugh
@@Ray_TheRebel then he is a very spoiled one
@@MrGiampao i don't see him that way at all. he's more charming than annoying to me
I love Luca. Period.
Yes same 3
What movie is he talking about in min 5 - goodbyes.. i cannot find it
Goodbye South, Goodbye directed by Hou Hsiao-Hsien
@@bryanpauchano4873 thank you!
thank you for uploading this!
Scarface
Wonderful and fascinating interview, thank you for sharing this!
I don’t know what is it about their dialogue but it really interesting to listen
🥰✨❤️🔥 ✨This is the best Luca interview ✨THANK 🌷🌻🌹✨🙏🏽
you should listen to his latest give to film companion
what a dull interviewer. He had his set of questions prepared and could not care less about Luca's answers... I know that English is not his first language but still...
Hater?
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so.
@@belomettinavyy1068 He's not hating, he's telling the truth. You can easily tell that the interviewer is just reacting/laughing to Luca's answer and then moves on to the next bullet point in his list. He's not interacting with any of the interesting things Luca says, which is a shame.
please make Call Me by Your Name 2 happen.
