Piston ring size: 38x1.5 mm.
Shaft bearings: 15-35-11 (6202) and 15-42-13 (6302)
Shaft seals: 15-25-7 2pcs.

How do you set the timing for the G4C and what should the points gap be

There is a firing mark on the outer of flywheel. Rotate a flywheel to align firing mark with the setting mark at the bottom of crankcase. Then remove a flywheel. Loosen breaker fitting screw and adjust breaker so that the point is about to open. Make it small gap as mush as you can. That is all you need to do. The firing mark is usually 25 degree before TDC.
