I think part of ASMR is the person doing it has to like what they are doing and want to do it. Like, I like mic scratching but some people I watch don't like it so they don't do it, and I don't drop a comment on every video asking them to do it lol I just find someone I vibe with who does it. Demanding people you watch change their whole aesthetic for you is crazy. Also I liked the 'Scrolling Through My Pinterest' video. The screen lighting your hands from underneath looked nice, the tapping sounded tingly, and I like your whisper so whenever you have a topic that keeps your talking flowing it lulls me to sleep pretty fast.

I watched and this was very nice. The box had great potential, but next time put somethings inside it so it won't ring from being hollow, anything to take up some space and damp vibration. I appreciated the story behind each item, too. The word regarding posture in elderly people is kyphosis. Actually, two words as osteoporosis (weakening of the bones) plays a part. Enjoy your day.🙂
Off topic but for posture you should look up stretches on here! A lot of it is tightened muscles in the chest, hips, and back from sitting in certain positions. Stretching helps and also building up muscles in the chest and back helps a ton
