    Amazing vid! Me and my dad have been watching your vids and find it interesting about you saying you would buy your first property as a residential because of capital gains tax…
    My question is can i buy on a residential mortgage at 10% depo renovate and sell for profit and then move into another house and keep doing this in residential mortgages? My dad says its ok as long as your selling and then Moving onto to new properties , is this true?
