I mean, Otto did say at the end of his life this:"The world allows a mind to find another matching vessel, but does not allow the vessel to gather the pieces of a mind". Luocha in his trailer also said:"That which has been lost, will be reclaimed. That which is seized, must be Repaid" which can be interpreted as the lost thing being Otto's life and the seized thing being his memories. But hey, it's just a theory, a Honkai Theory
