My past!!! Is always in front of me....Haunting me. Destroying me....😢😢 Sagittarius my 19yr daughter. Lots of lessons. Lots of fustration 😢 march 23rd is my ex husbands birthday. February he took my youngest
If our past is still haunting us and doesn't seem to go away or improve, then it means we are focusing too much on the fears of situations and anything for that matter, focusing on the negative so that energy only magnifies and we manifest more of it. Yes, we go through awful painful situations, but we have to transmute that icky stuff. Our words and our thoughts manifest whether they are positive or negative. Whether we are speaking aloud, thinking or typing to someone. It's all frequency and law of attraction like a 🧲. The more we fear or think the worst, we only get more of that than the positive outcomes. Out of the worst situations there is ALWAYS a good reason and a good lesson. Just gotta step back and see the Forrest and the trees.
So it's not that our past is in front of us if still haunting. It's following us bc we are still looking back and hanging onto something and not believing it will all work out in our favor and our highest good.
Breathe, my friend, breathe. Just be for a few hours and find anything that can bring you some peace and joy. Really really really turn this all over to Spirit. There are many things in life that we have no control over except how we are handling our emotions and responding to the chaos and bs. So much love 🙏

The betrayal the rejection the abandonment from people you never thought would leave you hanging is hurtful I am obsessing with the how and why.
@@ekotsifi I hope my words help as that is what I'm here to do. To assist others and speak on this topic because I know we have ALL gone through some really painful experiences along our journey. I must mention that when we choose to see the good things around us and find some sense of peace knowing we WILL be ok, that it doesn't dismiss that which we are going through or have been through, but that it allows the energy switch to flip that will then allow the prayers to be answered and then and only then do we truly allow ourselves to fully receive that which we keep asking for. The obsession you mentioned is like a merry-go-round that picks up speed, we find ourselves struggling to get off, afraid to let go and get off that ride. If it ain't fun then why choose to stay there? Trust me, I've had my moments and it gets easier to hop off that thing much faster when we get the hang of it. Visualize and feel the good energy of what you'd like, then allow Spirit to do what Spirit feels is best for you and all involved not matter our situations we have going on. Hand Spirit the reign, give yourself a much needed break and just have faith especially when you lay your head down at night before your eyes shut...and let go best you can. Try not to wake up and have a negative or worrisome thought from the get go. Say a prayer and a speak a positive thought aloud and believe in your prayer and your words. Trust and fear do not go together. Trust, hope and faith is where the magic is. ✨
One last thing, sweets. I have been thinking about you since my last message. I want to tell you that you have a soul family who loves you, cares about you genuinely, is glad to have you as soul sibling and that you consider us yours.
Many things about this tribe are super special to me and a must have to know it is home and a place where I fit in. Where I can help and where I can learn and expand even more and be all parts of me that I am. I gotta filter some for the awesome YT. We'd be here all night if I listed everything and every reason why I have loved it here.
When I was folding laundry in silence just now, my guide kept repeating "laughter" over and over. I laugh a lot and I have my quiet days and rough days too. I'm gonna be real honest...our quirky, quick witted, sarcastic and sometimes twisted humor is what and why so many feel comfortable here and why we feel so good during and after we part ways. Yes We listen to Casey and the message (usually have to rewatch if the chat is active and crazy as hell in a good way. All of us in our own unique ways make each other laugh out literally or some of us might cause others to gasp...then chuckle too. Laughter is THE BEST medicine for all things mind, body & spirit. We gotta find some humor even in the darkest of times, or at least right thereafter. I love being there daily for that dose of lol, lmao, rotflmao and laughing so hard I cry. We are naturally funny per our Sign with a lil other sign's humor thrown in there. It's ok to let ourselves cut loose and just be our strange Aquadoodle selves. It also raises the vibration of the tribe and this planet. It's a beautiful thing and best part is so many of us are thinking the same silly things at the exact same time.
We aren't tarot addicts y'all, we just know where we can go daily to get that healthy dose of soul food for our heart & soul. (if taken as prescribed by your guide lol). Let the loveeee and laughter work it's magic and set any of our worries on the side table for a bit.
