POTATO CHIPS | Sun Dried Home Made Crispy Potato wafers | Crispy snaks recipe | Village cooking

Today my mom make potato chips recipe in our village with 10 kg potatoes. She is Slice all potatoes and make it dried direct sunlight. After add some oil and well cooked until the potatoes wafers are Crispy. Add salt water on cooking and Once the potatoes are crispy, take them out. Then add the pepper or chilly powder and mix well. The kits all loved and eat.
